NCOA - is a process that helps you keep track of customers and prospects that move.
National Change of Address (NCOA) file is a product of the US Postal Service. It is a complete list of everyone who filed a permanent change of address notice with the post office during the previous 36 months. When you send us your customer or prospect names and addresses, we match them against the NCOA file. Whenever a name and address from your file matches to one of NCOA’s old addresses, we supply you with the new forwarding address, or tell you why there’s no address available.

| We can handle single or multiple piece inserts for your envelopes. Manual or machine automated inserting is available. |

| We can transfer your mail list from paper directly into our mailing software, or onto computer disk for easy access and continued use. |
