NCOA - is a process that helps you keep track of customers and prospects that relocate or move.This is now required by the USPS.

National Change of Address (NCOA) file is a product of the US Postal Service. It is a complete list of everyone who has filed a permanent change of address notice with the post office during the previous 36 months. When you send us your customer or prospect names and addresses, we match them against the NCOA file. Whenever a name and address from your file matches to one of NCOA's old addresses, we supply you with the new forwarding address, or tell you why there's no address available.
