NCOA - is a process that helps you keep track of customers and prospects that relocate or move.
|
| National Change of Address (NCOA) file is a product of the US Postal Service. It is a complete list of everyone who has filed a permanent change of address notice with the post office during the previous 36 months. When you send us your customer or prospect names and addresses, we match them against the NCOA file. Whenever a name and address from your file matches to one of NCOA's old addresses, we supply you with the new forwarding address, or tell you why there's no address available. |

Data Entry is the process of transforming your paper mailing list into an easy to update and reusable format. Mailing lists can be provided to our clients in a variety of formats to suit your individual needs. Contact a customer service representative for more information.

| Mail List Merge (more that 4 lists) |
| Your individual mailing lists will be reformatted, merged, and processed through our mailing software in order to locate and remove any duplicate records they may contain. This merged list can be provided in a variety of formats to our clients for future editing and updating. |
| Ink Jet Addressing |
 Using the latest in Video Jet Technologies, we inkjet addresses directly onto your postcards, self-mailers, brochures, envelopes, newsletters, non profit organizational mail, and bulletins for a neat and professional look.

| We can print on coated and UV coated (high gloss) stocks as well as a variety of shape and sizes. Our mailing software is MERLIN* (USPS software) compatible - This assists us in providing you with a discounted postage rate provided by the USPS. |
